With over 23 years in the automotive industry, Danny Sanchez is the driving force behind the success of Autoshop Solutions. From shop owner to sales trainer to CEO, Danny has experienced the many aspects of growing a successful automotive business.

Danny's message of "customer first, money later" is transparent in his sales training, company culture, and business methods. With 18 years of front line auto repair counter and management experience, 12 years website and internet marketing experience, 7 years automotive business coaching and training, and most recently, building the largest internet marketing agency dedicated to the automotive aftermarket, Danny's portfolio of experience is what makes Autoshop Solutions, Inc. the leader in our industry.

Our VP of Operations, Margaret, was born and raised in New Hampshire and grew up working in the family Hardware Store. After graduating college, she moved to Germany to pursue her dream of a career in International Marketing. While there, she learned to speak fluent German and met her husband. After three years in Germany, they moved to Cary, NC where she was employed for several years as the Marketing Manager for a software company- that is where her passion for internet marketing began. In 2006, she began working at Autoshop Solutions as the Director of Marketing.

She is now based out of our Dallas, Texas office. Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire. She also holds certifications from Google™ as a Qualified Adwords Professional and is Yahoo Ambassador Certified.

Margaret is happily married with two children and her hobbies include spending time with her family, baking, running, and activities with the Car Club she belongs to.

Crystal is the National Sales Manager, here at Autoshop Solutions, and is based out of our Dallas, Texas office. She brings many years of experience from the sales industry and has worked in the automotive industry for the past 3 and a half years. She first developed an interest in cars while helping her dad work on the neighbors’ cars while she was growing up. She even helped replace her first transmission when she was 7 years old!

Crystal is originally from Maryland, but has lived in Honolulu, HI, Jacksonville, FL and most recently, Dallas, TX because she is a self-proclaimed military brat. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Collin County Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family – especially her 7 year old son. She also loves working out, shopping, traveling, meeting new people, reading, movies, playing volleyball and all water sports. Since she is from Texas, she cherishes football season and is a huge Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys fan!

Meghan comes to Autoshop Solutions with over 3 years of GoogleTM Adwords and marketing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a Minor is Business Administration from the University of Florida. She moved to Cary, NC from Palm Beach Gardens, FL in the spring of 2010, where she began working in the Corporate Headquarters for Autoshop Solutions.

Meghan is a die-hard football fan and especially loves the Florida Gators and Philadelphia Eagles. In her spare time, she enjoys playing flag football, hiking, playing with her dogs, seeing comedians, playing guitar and watching sports.
