Sales Training by Someone Who Has Sold Service, Successfully!
Danny Sanchez is one of the very few sales trainers in the automotive industry that has real world experience selling in the independent repair shop environment. He understands the unique and specific sales issues that independent shop service advisors face compared to dealerships; issues such as overcoming industry stigma, vehicle devaluation, new car markets, and most recently, the change in our industry from a "repair" industry to a "service" industry. Danny's understanding of the independent repair shop market, provides service advisors with specific knowledge and training to effectively address these real world issues.

Putting the Customer First, From the Beginning to the End
Customers can sense when they are “being sold a bill of goods” or getting a sales pitch, that's why most sales people fail. Selling service is all about helping the customer make the right decision - for them, not the shop. Maintaining and repairing the vehicle is the right thing to do; it saves time, money and helps the customer recoup their investment in the vehicle. It is the service advisor’s job to make sure the customer knows all of their options, so they can make the right decision. Danny's sales classes teach the service advisor how to grasp a deeper understanding of the human decision making process, and help the customer make the best decision about servicing or repairing their vehicle.

3 Day Advanced Service Advisor Class

For over 4 years, Danny has been teaching his powerful 3-Day Advanced Service Advisor Class, all across the country. This intensive 3-day class is all about taking action, not sitting in the chair. Service advisors participate in a series of role-playing training sessions designed to allow the advisor to see and hear their sales presentation and receive personal one-on-one instruction for making improvements. This class uses video and audio taping as instructional tools to learn and make immediate improvements to the way in which a sales advisor gives a sales presentation.

Small class size is another key reason for the success of this powerful course. Classes are limited to 12 or less advisors. This allows Danny to focus on each student’s strengths and weaknesses and give individual help to advisors. The result is engaged advisors who are excited about the class, and eager to apply what they have learned.

There are procedures and rules to follow when selling that ensure a salesperson is helping the customer effectively.
